***Pool opening date for the upcoming season is May 3rd, 2024.***
*Heated indoor swimming pool and hot-tub/spa for relaxing and enjoying a swim- no matter the weather outside. The pool depth maxes out at a little over five feet and makes for an ideal family play spot or a refreshing break on a warm day.
*A fenced children’s playground– perfect for when the little ones under age 12 need to expend that post-nap energy!
*Kayak and canoe rentals on the Betsie River- complete with all gear and shuttle service.
*Multiple community fire-pits for relaxing and making both smores and memories (We provide a complimentary bundle of wood for each nightly.)
*A well-kept fish cleaning station and complimentary chest freezer space for their catch.
*Free high-speed internet Wi-Fi throughout the property, so you can check your email or tag us on social media!
*A multitude of board games, cards, dominoes, jig-saw puzzles, family-friendly DVDs (players in every cabin), and lawn games like corn-hole for all guests to enjoy.
The prosaic details:
-Fire-pits are for wood only- no trash or cigarette butts please!
-All resort amenities are for registered Riverside guests only. Visitors are not free to use the pool, fish cleaning station, etc.
-Pool and spa are open seasonally and may not be open all of the spring/fall (depending on weather conditions).
-Pool and spa are normally opened by the last weekend in April/first weekend in May- call or email for exact date.
-In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, no smoking or alcohol is allowed in the pool and playground areas.
-For safety, no glass is allowed in the pool or playground areas.
-The playground is designed for children ages 2-12. It is not built for teens/adult use.
-All children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times here at BRR.
